**Job Title**
Information Systems & Solutions Specialist
**Role Summary**
Designs, implements, and optimizes technology solutions to meet business needs, manages third‑party vendors, and leads cross‑functional digital transformation initiatives. Ensures data integrity, system security, and compliance while delivering efficient IT/IM performance across the organization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end IT solution development and integration, from analysis to deployment.
- Project manage IT/IM initiatives, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Maintain high standards of data governance, security, and disaster recovery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Solution Development & Integration** – Assess current systems, co‑design improvements with end users, implement dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation.
- **Systems Integration** – Coordinate with vendors for IT services, infrastructure, and applications; monitor performance metrics; troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- **Data Management & Reporting** – Develop and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI), support data migration, cleansing, and transformation; ensure compliance with data governance and privacy laws.
- **Project & Vendor Management** – Define project scope, timelines, budgets; lead cross‑functional teams; oversee vendor relationships and contract deliverables.
- **Training & End‑User Support** – Provide training materials and support to ensure staff proficiency with new systems.
- **Security & Compliance** – Identify and remediate gaps in system security, performance, and regulatory compliance; support disaster recovery planning.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis & solution design aligning with strategic goals.
- Proficiency in IT and network infrastructure, Microsoft operating systems, ERPs/CRMs, workflow automation, and API/middleware integration.
- Strong data management, cyber security, and business intelligence (dashboard, KPI, visualization) experience.
- Project management capabilities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, team leadership, and end‑user training skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Certified ScrumMaster, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are advantageous but not mandatory.
