**Job Title**
Front‑End Web Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop and maintain accessible and responsive customer‑facing web experiences. Lead implementation of site designs, microsites, and internal web applications while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cross‑browser compatibility.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on front‑end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one major framework (React, Angular, etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress) and related search technologies.
- Ability to translate UI/UX designs into clean, documented code and participate in architectural decisions.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accessibility standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement new website designs, features, and functionality according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain marketing microsites and internal web applications.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross‑browser compatible front‑end solutions.
- Optimize web performance for speed and scalability.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues related to implementation, performance, and functionality.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders on architecture and design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and best practices.
**Required Skills**
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent).
- Responsive design principles, media queries, flexible layouts.
- Cross‑browser testing and debugging.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.x) implementation.
- CMS experience (Sitecore, WordPress) and familiarity with .NET stack.
- Search technology knowledge (Elasticsearch, Solr, Sitecore Search, Coveo).
- Version control (Git) and code‑review workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Sitecore Developer Certification preferred.
