Job Description
Job Title: Junior Account Executive, Brand Integration Role Summary: Assist the Brand Integration team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, building client relationships, and delivering sponsorships and event activations across entertainment, lifestyle, tech, and media sectors. Expectations: • 2+ years in communications, PR, or related fields. • Strong writing and persuasive communication skills. • Leadership potential, strong decision‑making and accountability. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Curious, entrepreneurial, and open to learning all facets of integrated communications. • Willingness to work select evenings/weekends and travel as needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learn and support integrated communication practices, focusing on brand integration. 2. Assist in creating comprehensive brand‑integration strategies. 3. Draft, edit, and proofread sponsorship decks, pitch materials, creative briefs, and other client documents. 4. Schedule and provide logistical support for client meetings. 5. Maintain and update detailed contact lists and partnership opportunity databases. 6. Monitor news cycles, flag pop‑culture moments, and track competitor activity. 7. Support senior managers in delivering on client projects (average 4–6 accounts). 8. Plan and execute brand partnerships and sponsorship activations at both small and large events. 9. Prepare status updates, meeting recaps, activity reports, budgets, and client status documents. 10. Collaborate with senior staff to respond to client requests efficiently. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication, with persuasive and concise style. - Strong research and data‑management abilities using marketing databases. - Knowledge of pop‑culture trends, entertainment and media landscapes. - Experience with sponsorships, brand partnerships, and event activation concepts. - Multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills. - Strategic thinking, creativity, and proactive ideation. - Ability to make decisions independently and own responsibilities. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in marketing, PR, or advertising are a plus.
