This role offers hands‑on experience in agri‑retail logistics within a family‑owned agribusiness, fostering industry knowledge and professional skill development over a May–August 2026 internship period. **Expectations** - Demonstrate reliable, independent work while contributing to team objectives. - Maintain safety, compliance, and high service standards across operational tasks. - Quickly learn and apply new skills related to agri‑retail processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle and deliver crop input products to customers and internal locations. - Conduct field and crop scouting when required, gathering data for agronomic solutions. - Perform routine facility maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment upkeep. - Ensure a safe, compliant work environment following industry regulations. - Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. **Required Skills** - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Basic knowledge of agriculture practices; willingness and capacity to learn. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a university or college degree/diploma program related to agriculture, agronomy, agribusiness, or a comparable field. - No specific certifications required; agricultural experience or coursework is an asset.
