Job Description
Job title: Sales Analyst Role Summary: Provide analytical support for Walmart and McKesson accounts, driving in-store performance through POS analysis, inventory and replenishment oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize sales and supply chain operations. Expectations: - 3+ years of sales or inventory experience with national accounts (Walmart / McKesson preferred). - Produce actionable insights from large data sets, maintain rigorous reporting cadence, and deliver clear recommendations to stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead POS and Retail Link analysis; develop dashboards, scorecards, and weekly/monthly reports on performance, promotions, and category trends. - Support inventory and replenishment: monitor store‑level and warehouse stock, troubleshoot fulfillment gaps, and coordinate with replenishment and logistics teams. - Provide Walmart‑specific sales, inventory, and fill‑rate reports for buyer meetings and line reviews. - Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Flow, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Retailer teams to ensure efficient execution and resolve operational issues. - Conduct seasonal and promotional analysis to support demand planning and new product development. - Continuously improve reporting, forecasting, and supply‑chain process efficiencies. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data modeling). - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate insights into business recommendations. - Project management proficiency; comfortable with tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Project Management software, Priority Manager, or OneNote is an asset. - Interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Post‑secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting or managing national accounts.
