Job Description
**Job title:** Sales Business Development **Role Summary:** Drive the growth strategy and sales pipeline for a technology firm specializing in XR solutions for industry and defense. Collaborate with operations and product teams to refine commercial strategy, create sales materials, and expand the client base across new and existing markets. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly revenue targets and pipeline growth metrics - Identify and secure new business opportunities, partners, and export prospects - Deliver persuasive proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and financial depth **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and refine the company’s commercial strategy with leadership - Create presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral in French and English - Conduct market, competitor, and channel analyses to uncover growth opportunities - Prospect new clients, partners, and export markets; manage the qualification process - Attend client meetings, consultations, and events, presenting solutions and capturing requirements - Draft technical‑financial proposals and respond to RFI/RFP inquiries - Collaborate on product roadmap input and commercial process improvements **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication in French & English - Proven sales acumen with a goal‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset - Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills - Methodical, organized, and able to manage competing priorities - Proficiency in market research, opportunity assessment, and proposal development **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized engineering school (engineer’s diploma) - Optional dual degree or coursework in business or commerce - 2–6 years experience in industry and/or defense sectors, preferably in 3D/XR technologies (targeted internship experience also considered) ---
