**Job Title** Senior Business Intelligence Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Power BI solutions that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Own the full BI lifecycle from data modelling and transformation to intuitive dashboard delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide mentorship, and stay current with emerging BI and data engineering technologies. **Expactations** - Deliver production‑ready, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. - Own end‑to‑end data pipelines, modelling, and performance optimisation. - Mentor junior team members and promote best practices. - Actively resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end database, data warehousing, and Power BI solutions. - Build accurate, scalable, and visually compelling client‑facing dashboards and reports. - Translate client needs into actionable BI solutions and clear visual narratives. - Develop prototypes, iterate quickly based on client feedback, and refine solutions. - Mentor and share expertise with colleagues, supporting team development and best practices. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and remote team members. - Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth delivery of BI projects. - Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in BI, data engineering, and visualisation. - Support team coordination, project planning, and delivery of high‑quality client solutions. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years commercial experience in Power BI development and deployment. - Expert in DAX and M Query; advanced data modelling, calculation, and performance optimisation. - Strong SQL skills (MS SQL preferred) and experience with data warehouse technologies such as Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric. - Proven ability to create high‑quality, visually engaging, client‑ready dashboards. - Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified. ---
