Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Executive Assistant **Role Summary** Provide executive‑level support to the Founder & Head of Family Office, managing day‑to‑day operations, stakeholder communication, investment coordination, legal governance, and technology systems. Act as trusted liaison between the Founder, internal teams, and external advisors, ensuring efficient business execution across alternative investments, property, and leisure portfolios. **Expectations** * 7‑10 years of experience supporting a C‑level executive, preferably within a family office, investment firm, or professional services environment. * Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. * Strong financial, business, and property knowledge. * High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint), cloud platforms, and digital workflow tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail. * Calm, proactive, solution‑oriented, and capable of prioritising in a fast‑paced setting. **Key Responsibilities** * Executive support: manage Founder’s calendar, emails, correspondence, briefing packs, and presentations; coordinate meeting logistics across roles and locations. * Stakeholder coordination: first point of contact for senior partners, advisors, and family members; schedule appointments and facilitate communication. * Business & investment coordination: liaise with fund managers, property managers, accountants, and advisors; prepare investment summaries, financial briefings, and cash‑flow reports; track project timelines and reporting deadlines. * Legal, governance & counterparty liaison: coordinate document execution, filings, and corporate governance records; maintain version control and confidentiality of legal & commercial documents. * Technology & information management: maintain digital systems, secure data sharing, and implement new workflow tools; collaborate with IT for system reliability and data integrity. * Communication & relationship management: draft professional correspondence; handle sensitive matters with diplomacy; build strong relationships across the organisation and external stakeholders. **Required Skills** * Executive support & calendar management * Prioritisation & multi‑tasking * Stakeholder engagement & diplomacy * Financial literacy (investment, property, budgeting) * Knowledge of legal & compliance processes * Microsoft 365 & cloud platform expertise * Tech adoption & workflow optimisation * Strong written & verbal communication * Confidentiality & ethical judgement * Problem solving & decision making * Calm under pressure **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Executive Assistant, CPA, FCA, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
