**Job title:** Supply Chain Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing
**Role Summary:**
Lead end-to-end contract manufacturing operations, driving supply chain strategy, logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to support scalable growth in a consumer‑focused healthcare business.
**Expectations:**
- Manage and optimize relationships with co‑manufacturers, ensuring adherence to GMP, FDA, and FTC requirements.
- Deliver cost‑effective, margin‑improving solutions across procurement, inventory, production, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Marketing, CX, R&D) to align demand planning, product launches, and customer experience.
- Build and develop a high‑performance operations team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and execute supply chain strategy: demand planning, procurement, inventory, production, fulfillment, logistics.
- Lead annual S&OP process, forecast demand, and collaborate with Finance on cost‑of‑goods analysis.
- Optimize third‑party logistics, packaging, and freight for DTC and Amazon channels.
- Oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory activities; ensure co‑manufacturers meet GMP standards, conduct supplier audits, and maintain documentation.
- Review product specifications, COAs, batch releases, and support regulatory submissions.
- Manage product complaints, CAPAs, recalls, and third‑party certifications (NSF, Non‑GMO, Organic).
- Coordinate cross‑functional partnerships for product launches, commercialization timelines, and in‑stock performance.
- Build, lead, and develop a scalable operations team as the company grows.
**Required Skills:**
- 8–12+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Contract Manufacturing, ideally in supplements or consumer packaged goods.
- Deep expertise in co‑manufacturing environments and contract management.
- Proven GMP, FDA, and FTC compliance program leadership.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with solid business acumen and financial literacy.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Business).
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Food Science, Engineering).
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, FTC regulations; certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
