Job Description: Job Title Graduate UX/UI Designer – Product Ownership Exposure Role Summary Support the design and improvement of user interfaces across multiple digital products, while gaining exposure to product ownership responsibilities. Work closely with cross‑functional teams including developers and leadership to deliver user‑centred solutions that align with product roadmaps. Expectations - Graduate‑level candidate with a strong academic record (first class or 2:1). - Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. - Willingness to take ownership of design tasks and contribute to prioritisation decisions. Key Responsibilities - Design intuitive, user‑focused interfaces for web and mobile platforms using industry‑standard tools. - Collect and synthesize stakeholder and user feedback to iterate designs and refine user flows. - Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule. - Participate in product roadmap discussions, providing design input and prioritisation support. Required Skills - Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent). - Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals. - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions to non‑design stakeholders. - Detail orientation and commitment to delivering high‑quality design artifacts. - Interest in emerging digital products, AI tools, and user‑centred design practices. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or closely related discipline. (First class or 2:1 preferred.)
