Act as the technical bridge between client data needs and the product, delivering actionable insights that improve operational efficiency across manufacturing operations. **Expactations** * Own development and deployment of reliable data flows from source ERP systems to the platform. * Collaborate closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Deliver quantitative analyses and dashboards that inform decision‑making. * Participate in continuous platform improvement and technical product discussions. * Maintain high data quality and governance standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyse ERP and customer datasets to surface concrete insights. * Build and optimise scalable data pipelines connecting ERP, data lakes, and the platform. * Lead client meetings, gather requirements, and establish trustful relationships. * Partner with internal engineering, product, and support teams to upgrade client performance. * Promote a data‑driven culture and set analytical standards. * Monitor new technologies and propose enhancements. * Educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices. * Resolve internal data issues and contribute to product roadmap discussions. **Required Skills** * 4+ years in a data engineering or solution‑engineering role. * Proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading. * Experience with ERP data processes and integration. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication in English (diplomatic with technical and business audiences). * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. * Proactive and collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Professional certifications in data engineering, SQL, or relevant technologies are a plus.

Expectations: - Minimum 5 years of full‑stack web development experience. - Strong command of PHP with a framework (Laravel or Symfony). - Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js, React, Angular, or Svelte). - Experienced in relational database design and SQL query optimization. - Demonstrated commitment to clean code, automated testing, and performance best practices. - Excellent written and spoken English; effective communication across cross‑functional teams. - Proactive ownership mindset, curiosity, rigorous problem solving, and ability to adapt to hybrid work settings.
