**Job title**: Design-Oriented Front-End Developer **Role Summary** Develop visually compelling, user‑centric web interfaces using React and TypeScript. Translate Figma designs into high‑quality code, create and maintain a reusable component library, and set performance, accessibility, and testing standards. Collaborate with design, product, and backend/ML teams to build resilient, creator‑friendly experiences and mentor junior developers. **Expactations** - Lead front‑end development of the company’s web application. - Deliver polished, accessible UI components that meet design specifications. - Drive performance optimization and CI pipeline improvements. - Mentor peers and influence technical architecture decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Convert Figma mockups into responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript code. - Build and maintain a reusable component library in React/TypeScript. - Implement personalization and workflow features for creators. - Establish and enforce coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and automated testing. - Collaborate with design, product, and backend/ML teams to design clear, stable APIs. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical architecture. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong experience with React (hooks, context, performance tuning). - Advanced CSS techniques (Sass, Flexbox, Grid). - TypeScript knowledge. - Experience converting Figma designs into functional components. - Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and performance best practices. - CI/CD pipeline usage (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Certifications in front‑end development (e.g., React, JavaScript) are a plus but not mandatory.
