Job Description
**Job title:** Commercial Engineer (Sales Engineer) **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end sales for IT, telecom and data‑center hosting solutions. Identify prospects, craft proposals, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract fulfillment. **Expectations:** - 5+ years in B2B IT/telecom/infrastructure sales. - Proven success in prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. - Strong technical understanding of IT products and data‑center services. - Persistent, results‑oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to navigate and influence clients at all technical and business levels. - English language proficiency is an advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Conduct detailed needs assessments and formulate tailored commercial proposals. - Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and finalize agreements. - Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts. - Monitor post‑go‑live performance, measure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and produce regular sales reports. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking sessions to build relationships. **Required Skills:** - B2B sales experience in IT, telecom or cloud/data‑center solutions. - Strong prospecting, presentation and closing abilities. - Technical acumen for understanding and explaining complex solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Fluency in English (written and spoken) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. - Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, IT selling certifications) are a plus.
