Stage Community Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Assist in developing, executing, and managing the social media presence of multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik‑Tok, and YouTube. Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce engaging content and maintain community engagement while supporting advertising and influencer initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver strategic input on brand positioning, messaging, tone, KPIs, and platform prioritization.
- Create editorial plans, production schedules, and community guidelines.
- Execute daily community management tasks including posting, moderating comments, messages, and live sessions.
- Produce performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate content creation with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Assist in planning special community‑growth campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as inventory, client file updates, and influencer database maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop brand strategy and editorial calendar.
2. Produce, edit, and publish stories, reels, Tik‑Tok videos, and static posts.
3. Moderate comments, messages, reviews, and live broadcasts.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and transfer tickets to client service.
5. Compile and analyze performance metrics; prepare monthly reports.
6. Conduct daily trend scouting and content research.
7. Collaborate with design and production teams to create original assets.
8. Organize community‑building events and engagement initiatives.
9. Support influencer‑driven ad campaigns.
10. Perform miscellaneous administrative duties (sample shipping, parcel prep, client file management, promotional tracking, influencer database upkeep).
**Required Skills**
- Strong written communication: impeccable French language skills (orthography, grammar, syntax).
- Deep understanding of social media trends, Tik‑Tok culture, memes, and pop culture.
- Ability to create and edit short‑form video content (stories, reels, Tik‑Tok).
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop (preferred).
- Video editing knowledge (preferred).
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) is an advantage.
- Organizational, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
- Empathy, teamwork, proactive communication, creativity, and sense of humor.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current study or recent completion of a university degree (Bachelor‑level) in communication, marketing, or digital media.
