**Job Title**
Assistant Project Manager – Hospitality & Real Estate / Premium Concierge
**Role Summary**
Full‑time 2–6 month internship to act as a right‑hand to the team overseeing a luxury wedding and seminar destination redevelopment and a premium concierge service. The role blends project coordination, content creation, marketing, vendor management, and fundraising support.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality project documentation, vendor databases, and marketing assets on schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with architects, contractors, investors, and creative partners.
- Exhibit self‑direction, adaptability, and a meticulous eye for premium experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Coordination** – Schedule meetings with architects, engineering, local authorities; document visits and communication; manage vendor data.
2. **Content & Landing Page Development** – Build a dedicated web page (Webflow, Squarespace, Notion); craft storytelling, structure, and multimedia integration.
3. **Marketing & Social Media** – Co‑create an Instagram launch page; develop editorial calendars, stories, reels, and carousels; benchmark inspirational venues globally.
4. **Vendor Selection & Management** – Identify, contact, and monitor high‑end partners (caterers, planners, decorators, photographers, videographers).
5. **Fundraising Support** – Assist with investor documents and pitch decks (Canva, Keynote); compile key metrics and visual aids.
6. **SuperHost Concierge Operations** – Optimize Airbnb/Booking listings; coordinate photo shoots; oversee on‑site quality and relationships with cleaning and maintenance teams.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace; Notion desired.
- Basic web design and social media content creation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative curiosity, practical mindset, and sensitivity to premium aesthetics.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student in Business, Communication, Hospitality, Interior Architecture, or Real Estate programs.
