Job Description
**Job Title**: Technical Sales Lead/Principal **Role Summary**: Lead all UK pre‑sales, solution design, deployment, and post‑sales support for a cybersecurity platform; build and mentor a small technical team; collaborate with global partners to develop integrations and drive product roadmap. **Expectations**: Deliver technical sales targets, maintain strong customer satisfaction, expand partner integrations, and establish UK technical best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Own UK pre‑sales activities: discovery, demos, proof‑of‑value, and solution design. - Oversee end‑to‑end deployments for NHS and private healthcare sites, ensuring technical success and value realization. - Build, coach, and manage a UK technical team to support scaling. - Partner with Cisco, Microsoft, Google, and others to create and demonstrate integrations in the Cylera Lab. - Provide post‑sales technical oversight and support seamless ecosystem integration. - Represent the company at technical workshops, partner events, and industry forums. - Gather UK customer feedback and influence product and engineering roadmaps. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in pre‑sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in cybersecurity, networking, or IoT. - Deep knowledge of network security (NAC/Firewalls, SOAR/SIEM, CMDB, vulnerability assessment tools). - Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences. - End‑to‑end product lifecycle management experience: pre‑sales, design, deployment, and customer success. - Leadership capability: ability to build, mentor, and grow a technical team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, CCSE, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
