About the Company

Noodlebox was born out of a small food cart in Victoria BC's Chinatown. Our unique style of Southeast Asian street food became so popular that people were waiting hours in the rain to get their fill. We opened our first store in downtown Victoria and now have 50+ locations in BC through to Ontario with more opening each quarter throughout Canada. Real Food. Made Fresh. With Fire. is the mantra of our business. We've been concerned by the rise of the processed food generation and the departure of nutritious fresh food sources. Our kitchens want to reverse that trend. We work with premium supplies and prepare our food fresh in-house. Each dish ordered at Noodlebox is prepared fresh to order. This ensures you get the best tasting dish and also allows for endless customizable options. This also allows us to be a great option for people with dietary preferences or allergies. We cook all our boxes in Woks with intense heat in open kitchens so you can see each dish being prepared fresh. The intense heat of the wok brings the full flavour of each dish to life while maintaining all of the nutritional value of the ingredients. If you're interested in learning more.
