Job Description: Job Title: Chimney Sweep Technician (In‑House Training) Role Summary: Perform chimney cleaning, debris removal, and mold suppression for residential and commercial clients. Equipped with a company vehicle and tools, execute daily routes planned by headquarters, conduct inspection of chimneys and disconnection switches, generate reports and certificates, and provide usage recommendations. Maintain a professional image, communicate route status, and complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Expectations: • Represent the company courteously and professionally at all times. • Communicate obstacles, successes, and daily route status promptly to team and management. • Complete administrative duties reliably and on schedule. • Work independently, self‑organizing to meet daily objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Chimney sweeping for private homeowners. • Chimney sweeping for professional clients. • Assistance with debris removal and mold suppression. • Inspection and control of disconnection switches. • Preparation of reports and certificates of work, including recommendations. • Reporting daily routes and any obstacles to colleagues and hierarchy. • Maintaining a positive company image through courteous conduct. Required Skills: • Valid French driver's license (B). • Problem‑solving and resourceful mindset. • Autonomous work habits and self‑management. • Strong conscientiousness and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for clear reporting. Required Education & Certifications: • Completion of internal training program with a subsequent 6‑month fixed‑term contract. • No additional formal education or certifications required beyond the internal training.
