Job Description

**Job title** Data Analyst **Role Summary** Provide data-driven media‑spend analysis for high‑profile advertising campaigns, delivering insights and budget optimisation through advanced Excel, Power BI and database tools. **Expectations** • Deliver accurate, timely analyses of large, non‑standard media‑spend datasets • Communicate findings through clear PowerPoint reports and interactive dashboards • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to shape analytical strategies • Maintain flexibility and strong communication skills in a fast‑moving consultancy environment **Key Responsibilities** 1. Collect, clean, validate and prepare media‑spend data for analysis. 2. Build and maintain databases using standard database software. 3. Execute deep dive analyses of media cost and quality using proprietary and bespoke tools. 4. Create charts, tables, dashboards and reports; develop interactive Power BI models for client budget planning. 5. Forecast economic, consumer, media and market trends for selected countries. 6. Contribute to team discussions and recommend actionable insights. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (tables, filters, complex formulas such as INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS; pivot tables; DAX desirable). - Intermediate Power Query & M Language. - Intermediate Power BI (DAX measures desirable). - Programming/SQL or VBA for data manipulation. - Ability to handle large, unconventional data volumes. - Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations. - Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills; team orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant degree (Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field). - Demonstrated numeracy and analytical proficiency. ---
