Job Title: Commercial Sector Manager Role Summary Lead outbound and relationship‑focused sales activities for municipal, educational, and healthcare clients, driving new business acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth. Expectations • Establish and maintain strong client relationships. • Identify market opportunities and report on competitive landscape. • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through disciplined planning and execution. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and secure new accounts within assigned territory. - Conduct client visits, assess needs, and propose tailored solutions. - Build and nurture long‑term relationships with municipal, school, and health‑care stakeholders. - Create and manage action plans to achieve sales objectives. - Monitor sales results and refine strategies to sustain continuous improvement. - Serve as a local representative of the company, providing responsive support and expertise. - Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions. Required Skills - Proven commercial sales experience (≥3 years) in public sector or related markets. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Self‑motivated, driven, and capable of working independently. - High level of organization, time‑management, and analytical capability. - Valid driver’s licence (Category B) and willingness to travel within the territory. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Knowledge of public procurement processes.
