**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative – Male/Female **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth for a leading e‑liquid manufacturer by prospecting, closing sales, and nurturing existing client relationships through outbound and inbound calls. Provide product expertise, secure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales data. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and pipeline. - Demonstrate consistent professionalism and proactive communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle inbound and outbound client calls, addressing inquiries and closing sales. - Conduct proactive telephone prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities. - Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring repeat business. - Advise prospects and customers on product features, usage, and benefits. - Preserve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Foster strong client relationships and act as a brand ambassador. - Perform active follow‑ups on leads and existing accounts. - Contribute to overall revenue (CA) growth. - Generate accurate sales reports, activity logs, and database updates. **Required Skills** - Passionate about sales and customer success. - Highly autonomous, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Excellent organization and time‑management abilities. - Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. - Team‑player mindset with collaborative attitude. - Prior experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or related fields. **Required Education & Certifications** - Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline is an advantage. - No mandatory certifications required.
