Job Description
**Job title** Order Production Specialist **Role Summary** Acts as the central liaison between sales, engineering, and order management to ensure accurate, timely order entry, technical data integrity, and customer fulfillment. Manages contract review, change requests, product data coordination across ERP and e‑commerce platforms, and supports post‑order activities while contributing to the company’s ISO 9000 quality system. **Expectations** - Maintain high accuracy and timely processing of purchase orders and related documentation. - Ensure seamless integration of technical product information across systems; update catalog and supplier data. - Identify and resolve order‑related issues proactively, maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive actions within the quality management system. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Initiate and manage order entry from PO receipt, verifying contract terms and checklist compliance. 2. Collaborate with engineering and sales on early‑stage order triggers, credit card orders, and recurring client needs. 3. Process post‑sales change requests, creating necessary documentation in ERP and other business systems. 4. Translate sales solutions into actionable orders, ensuring integration with digital platforms and ERP. 5. Own technical details of product structures (mountings, fittings, orientations, drawing approvals) per sales specifications. 6. Maintain and update part data for accurate cataloging in search, quoting, and e‑commerce systems. 7. Coordinate supplier updates, technical attributes, and import/export codes across platforms. 8. Support post‑order activities such as RMA processing and new supplier qualification. 9. Serve as product data and order status knowledge resource for internal teams. 10. Participate actively in ISO 9000 quality system activities: Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Quality Circles, and continuous improvement projects. 11. Engage in customer service and technical follow‑up discussions as required. **Required Skills** - Precision‑oriented analytical and data management abilities. - Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of product structures and technical specifications. - Proficiency with ERP/business database systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Effective cross‑functional communication and collaboration. - Ability to handle multiple complex data sets and documentation processes accurately and timely. - Commitment to continuous improvement and quality management practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience accepted. - Minimum of 3–5 years of technical mechanical work experience. ---
