Job Description

Job Title: Workday AI Architect Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI‑driven solutions across Workday HCM, Finance, and Talent Management environments. Serve as the primary architect for AI initiatives, collaborating with Workday product teams, client stakeholders, and internal consulting groups to identify business process enhancements and establish global AI adoption roadmaps. Expectations: - 8–15 years of progressive experience in Workday implementations, including consulting roles. - Minimum 4–6 years of consulting experience with a large consulting firm. - Proven track record leading at least two full Life Cycle Workday implementations. - Ability to develop AI implementation and adoption roadmaps for global customers. - Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills in an English‑speaking environment. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and drive AI solution design across Workday HCM, Finance, and Talent modules. - Identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities to streamline business processes. - Develop and maintain comprehensive AI adoption and implementation roadmaps for global clients. - Collaborate with client IT, business directors, and HR/Finance teams to define AI use cases. - Lead technical discussions, deliver presentations, and report project status to stakeholders. - Mentor and guide team members on AI‑related Workday solutions and best practices. Required Skills: - Hands‑on experience with Workday Illuminate and AI features. - Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, and Talent Management modules. - Proficiency with Workday APIs, integrations, and Workday Studio. - Strong consulting experience, including stakeholder management and solution delivery. - Demonstrated leadership in managing cross‑functional project teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
