Job Description: Job Title: CEO (Acquisition) – Technology & Cybersecurity Role Summary: Lead the acquisition and subsequent management of an established high‑growth technology and cybersecurity firm. Drive strategic growth, oversee operational execution, and integrate the company into a broader network to accelerate market expansion. Expectations: • Acquisition‑oriented leaders who can commit an initial personal investment for a co‑investment structure. • Proven ability to take ownership of an existing, operational business. • Strong interest or background in technology, cybersecurity, or cloud services. • Willingness to manage post‑deal integration and drive growth from day one. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities within identity security, cloud entitlement, and access governance verticals. 2. Lead due diligence, valuation, and structuring of acquisition deals. 3. Negotiate transaction terms with financial partners and stakeholders. 4. Oversee post‑acquisition integration, including aligning operations, culture, and technology platforms. 5. Develop and execute growth strategies to expand client base and revenue streams. 6. Provide strategic leadership and governance to the acquired company’s executive team. 7. Manage stakeholder communication and reporting throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Required Skills: • Strategic leadership and executive decision‑making • Financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring • Negotiation and influence across multiple parties • Deep understanding of technology, cybersecurity, or cloud business models • Experience in scaling high‑growth tech firms and driving operational excellence • Strong communication and stakeholder management • Ability to secure and manage co‑investment arrangements Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred) • Relevant certifications in finance, cybersecurity, or technology leadership are a plus.
