Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Lead and execute the marketing and communications strategy for a growing art gallery. Develop coherent brand voice across digital, events, exhibitions, media, and global channels to increase visibility and engagement with collectors, designers, and media.

• Translate the gallery’s growth objectives into actionable, multi‑channel marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Brand Management
• Craft and implement marketing strategy aligned with expansion goals.
• Evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and presentation.
• Design compelling campaigns targeting collectors, designers, and press.
- Exhibitions & Events
• Lead marketing for exhibitions, client events, and art fairs.
• Manage invitations, digital promotion, and event documentation (photography & videography).
- Digital & Content Management
• Maintain website, newsletters, and social media channels.
• Plan and execute content calendars for exhibitions and fairs.
• Analyse campaign performance and audience metrics to optimize future initiatives.
- Press & Communications
• Build relationships with design, art, lifestyle editors, and PR agencies.
• Write press releases, assemble press packs, and coordinate media coverage.
Required Skills
- Proven marketing experience in art galleries, luxury brands, or design‑led companies.
- Strong visual sensibility and knowledge of contemporary design, materials, and aesthetics.
- Excellent written communication and editorial judgment.
- Expertise in managing digital content and social media platforms.
- Strategic mindset for planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, confident cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art Management, or related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or brand management are an advantage.
