Job Description
Job title: Consultant Monétique – Project Manager – AMOA – Developer – Support – DevOps (SEPA, SWIFT) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end monitoring and operation of payment acquisition, acceptance, and authorization workflows. Own the specification and development of ISO20022‑compliant payment APIs (SEPA, SWIFT MT/MX) and advise stakeholders on process improvements. Drive DevOps practices, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, security hardening, and incident response to guarantee high availability and compliance with DSP2 and PCI‑DSS standards. Expectations: - Deliver high‑availability payment solutions within strict regulatory and technical deadlines. - Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement in API and Ops performance. - Apply DevOps culture to automate deployments, monitoring, and security controls. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the payment cycle (acquisition, acceptance, authorization). - Specify and support development of ISO20022/SEPA/SWIFT payment APIs. - Monitor live payment operations and lead incident management and root‑cause analysis. - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform). - Enforce security practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure PCI‑DSS compliance. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and Ops teams to align technical solutions with regulatory requirements. - Produce functional and technical documentation for API contracts and Ops procedures. Required Skills: - 5–8 years of experience in payment systems (payment acceptance, authorization) involving SEPA and SWIFT. - Proficient in Java and/or Python programming. - Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell). - Strong understanding of ISO20022, SEPA, SWIFT MT/MX standards. - Knowledge of DSP2, PCI‑DSS regulations, and related security frameworks. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex payment transaction flows. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as PCI‑DSS Credential, ISO20022, or cloud DevOps (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous.
