Job Description
Job Title: Vice President – Infrastructure Debt Advisory, Investment Banking Role Summary: Lead the execution and structuring of infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, and energy transition debt transactions, managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members within a high‑performance advisory team. Expactations: • VP or Senior Associate level experience in debt advisory, leveraged or structured finance. • Proven track record working with tier‑one funds on infrastructure and renewable energy deals. • Strong analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and readiness to handle complex transactions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑management skills. • Multilingual ability (Spanish, French, or Italian) preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Drive end‑to‑end deal execution: due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing. • Develop and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders in institutional investors and sponsors. • Mentor and coach junior analysts and associates, fostering professional growth. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, compliance, market research) to deliver integrated solutions. • Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. • Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing of the infrastructure debt practice. Required Skills: • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and debt‑structuring expertise. • Deep understanding of infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy transition markets. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Exceptional verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills. • Leadership, coaching, and team‑building proficiency. • Negotiation and stakeholder‑management experience. • Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg, and financial modelling software. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline from a recognized university. • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are highly desirable.
