**Job Title** Systems and Network Administrator (F/M) **Role Summary** Technical lead for multiple clients, overseeing the evolution and maintenance of workstation, server, router, and backup infrastructure. Acts as the escalation point for all technical issues, coordinating with on‑site technicians and managing projects such as RAN and server migrations. **Expectations** - Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned clients. - Perform proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid incident resolution. - Coordinate and supervise installations of hardware and network devices. - Engage with client teams remotely or in‑person, providing guidance and support. **Key Responsibilities** - Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and servers. - Manage Exchange, Office 365, VMware, and Veeam backup solutions. - Monitor server performance, uptime, and backup integrity. - Plan and execute hardware configuration (servers, switches, routers, PCs, tablets). - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across all support levels. - Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timely delivery. - Provide technical support to on‑site teams during client site visits. - Document procedures, incidents, and project deliverables. - Maintain clear communication with clients, emphasizing service quality. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Windows Server administration. - Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, VMware ESXi/ vCenter. - Knowledge of Veeam backup and replication. - Competence in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other networking hardware. - Strong problem‑diagnosis and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills. - Self‑driven, organized, and able to work autonomously. - No Linux experience required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a technician or administrator. - At least a Bac+2 level diploma (e.g., BTS, DUT) in information technology or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, Veeam Certified Engineer, VMware Certified Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
