Job title: Voice AI Solutions Engineer (F/H) Role Summary: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technology, translating complex business requirements into end‑to‑end voice AI solutions. Design, prototype, deploy, and optimize tailored voice workflows, ensuring seamless integration with clients’ existing systems and delivering measurable impact on user experience and business objectives. Expactations: - Achieve high client adoption and satisfaction through effective solution delivery and ongoing support. - Drive measurable gains in engagement, operational efficiency, or revenue identified during discovery and post‑deployment reviews. - Maintain a proactive stance in identifying new use cases, expanding application scope, and sharing best practices across teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in discovery calls to capture and articulate business challenges. - Develop integration plans and articulate value propositions to stakeholders. - Build and iterate custom voice workflows using the Truepath agent platform. - Integrate voice solutions with existing CRM, API, and third‑party systems. - Conduct testing, fine‑tuning, and performance monitoring to ensure natural, effective interactions. - Identify and quantify new use cases and expansion opportunities. - Disseminate insights, best practices, and lessons learned to clients and internal groups. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to facilitate smooth deployments. Required Skills: - Strong technical foundation: REST/JSON API design, scripting in Python or TypeScript. - Knowledge of large‑language models (LLMs) and conversational AI concepts (desired). - Excellent communication, storytelling, and teaching abilities. - Analytical mindset with a solution‑oriented, results‑driven approach. - Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. - Professional level English fluency (written and oral).
