**Job Title:** Systems and Network Administrator (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Manage, maintain, and secure clients’ IT infrastructures, primarily for BTP sector professionals. Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and deployment of Windows Server, virtualization, backup, and network solutions under the technical lead.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver proactive and reactive support to ensure high availability.
- Implement security controls in compliance with GDPR.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor, maintain, and secure Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- Administer virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware) and deploy new infrastructure solutions.
- Configure and manage LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, professional Wi‑Fi, antivirus, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents, performing preventive maintenance and regular updates.
- Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
- Participate in technology watch and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Windows Server administration and Active Directory management.
- Virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware) experience.
- Backup and recovery using Veeam, Acronis, or equivalent.
- LAN/WAN/VPN, firewall, and professional Wi‑Fi configuration.
- Strong security awareness, including GDPR compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in a similar role.
- Relevant technical diploma: BTS SIO, DUT Réseaux & Télécoms, Licence Pro, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional, or equivalent preferred.
