Job Description

**Job Title:** System Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary:** Drive the design, performance assessment, and verification of opto‑mechanical systems for defence products, ensuring alignment with operational scenarios and qualification standards. **Expectations:** Deliver robust subsystem designs, simulate performance, develop algorithms, and manage end‑to‑end test plans while communicating effectively in French and English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect product solutions and develop subsystem specifications. - Evaluate system performance, perform simulations from operational scenarios, and allocate performance budgets. - Design, configure, and validate associated algorithms. - Define verification strategies, oversee qualification to final acceptance testing, analyze test results, and produce test reports. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in MATLAB, C programming, and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities in both French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s (Bac+5) or PhD in Engineering with emphasis on optics or general systems engineering. - Minimum one year of experience in opto‑mechanical or defence‑optronic activities.
