Job Description
Job Title: Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst Role Summary: Provide advanced oversight of risk, compliance, and governance processes for a large organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Expectations: - Lead risk identification and mitigation for operational, financial, and reputational exposures. - Ensure consistent compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Collaborate across functions to embed a unified GRC culture. - Manage audit planning, execution, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, assess, and prioritize risks that could impact strategic goals. - Develop and implement controls to reduce identified risks. - Monitor adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. - Investigate and resolve compliance incidents. - Stay informed on GRC, privacy, and regulatory developments. - Prepare detailed risk and compliance reports for stakeholders. - Coordinate internal and external audits; support audit readiness and responses. - Build cross‑functional partnerships to strengthen GRC awareness. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance or closely related area. - Proficiency with GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, BitSight, or similar). - In-depth knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, and NIST CSF frameworks. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Security, or a related field. - Relevant GRC certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent).
