Job Description
Job Title: International Account Manager (F/M) Role Summary: Drive global sales of telecom software solutions for new and existing international markets. Lead end‑to‑end business development cycle from prospecting to contract signing, collaborating cross‑functionally to secure revenue growth for a technology‑focused telecom software provider. Expactations: - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in designated regions. - Expand market presence by onboarding Tier‑1 operators and key strategic partners. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting. - Proactively adjust strategies based on market feedback and competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify new enterprise customers across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the US. - Design and present tailored commercial proposals, demos, and ROI cases in English. - Lead negotiations, prepare contract terms, and close agreements with minimal escalation. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and legal teams to align solutions with customer needs. - Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. - Foster long‑term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities. Required Skills: - Minimum 6 years in complex B2B technology sales, preferably within telecom software or hardware. - Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, networking, and SaaS delivery models. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and project management abilities. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; ability to demo products. - Demonstrated skill in influencing, negotiating, and securing high‑value contracts. - Initiative, autonomy, and resilience in fast‑paced, multicultural environments. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Advanced commercial or technical certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, CCNA, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
