Job Description

Job Title: Lead AI Engineer Role Summary Senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise‑scale AI solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG). Works closely with product, data, legal, and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, responsible AI systems that drive automation and smarter decision making. Expectations - Lead a small team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. - Translate business objectives into scalable AI architecture and road‑map. - Own end‑to‑end delivery from prototype to production. Key Responsibilities - Architect LLM‑based applications using ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean AgenticAI, OpenAI APIs, and custom pipelines. - Design and implement RAG frameworks, vector databases, and multimodal workflows. - Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for orchestration, monitoring, and prompt optimization. - Ensure secure, responsible AI adoption through collaboration with product, data, legal, and IT. - Mentor engineers and shape the organization’s enterprise AI roadmap. Required Skills - 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership. - Expertise in ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean AgenticAI, OpenAI APIs, and LLM development. - Proficiency in Python and orchestration tools such as LangChain. - Experience deploying on Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI. - Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). - Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or machine learning are preferred.
