Job Description
Job title: Fluid Systems Project Manager (Electrical / HVAC / Chilling / Sprinkler) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end management of fluid engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial viability, and client satisfaction. Coordinate design, procurement, construction oversight, and billing while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Expactations: Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in fluid systems design or project management, strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, chilled water, and sprinkler systems, and proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Conduct technico‑commercial follow‑up of projects and manage scope changes. - Perform technical studies following established procedures. - Analyse client requirements and translate them into design solutions. - Size and select equipment, formulate purchase proposals, and liaise with suppliers. - Draft installation documentation, principle plans, minutes, and preliminary equipment dimensioning. - Develop investment schedules for clients. - Address non‑conformities and provide technical support to on‑site teams. - Participate in construction site meetings and travel nationwide as required. - Coordinate invoicing and financial tracking with accounting. Required Skills - Expertise in electrical, HVAC, chilled water, and sprinkler system design. - Project management proficiency (planning, scheduling, budget control). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers. - Proficiency with CAD/BIM and standard design software. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). - Professional certification in HVAC or project management (e.g., PMP, CIBSE, or RHMA) is desirable.
