Job Description: **Job Title** Process Engineering Engineer (M/F/Any) **Role Summary** Design, implement, and oversee new processes and equipment within production units, ensuring technical specifications, operational integration, and project execution meet engineering standards. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in chemical, biotechnology, agro‑food, or new‑construction service environments. - Hands‑on knowledge of process design, equipment sizing, and installation layout. - Proven autonomy, proactive problem‑solving, and strong project initiative. - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs). - Size industrial equipment (pumps, valves, heat‑exchangers, etc.) per project requirements. - Design and approve plant installations and layout configurations. - Draft functional analyses and contribute to operation manual creation. - Coordinate with and monitor design office deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. **Required Skills** - Process engineering design and analysis. - Equipment Sizing & Specification. - Piping & Instrumentation Diagramming. - Functional Analysis & Documentation. - Project management (scope, schedule, resource coordination). - Effective communication across technical and non‑technical teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, IPPG, or ISO‑9001 lead auditor) are an advantage but not mandatory.
