Job Description: Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end development, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow environments to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Drive cloud‑based deployments, maintain application integrity, and collaborate across teams in Agile and SAFe frameworks. Expactations: • 7+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development/administration. • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline. • Proven ability to multitask, thrive in fast‑paced settings, and work independently. • Strong remote collaboration skills and a disciplined approach to documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and build on the VA ServiceNow instance, including routine changes and architecture enhancements. - Lead configuration of new applications/suites during planning, development, and rollout phases. - Prepare and execute ATF test cases, scripts, and perform system/integration testing with sample and live data. - Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. - Monitor application health, usage, and compliance; produce operational reports. - Gather stakeholder feedback and plan meetings to refine solutions. - Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, deliver story points, and support continuous improvement activities. - Evaluate and architect ServiceNow roadmaps in partnership with leadership. - Deliver technical support for Managed Services engagements. Required Skills: - Advanced ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. - ATF scripting and test automation. - REST/SOAP data integration expertise. - ServiceNow architecture and data design. - ITIL knowledge and configuration management. - Agile and SAFe frameworks. - Cloud deployment principles for ServiceNow. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business field. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) a plus. - Experience in a Managed Services environment.
