Job Description
Job Title: CTO Startup Founder Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end creation, launch, and scaling of a B2B tech startup, driving vision, product strategy, engineering execution, and organizational culture while securing iterative funding and managing investor relations. Expectations: • Minimum 7 years’ experience in fast‑growth or scale‑up environments, with proven leadership in product, strategy, or operations. • Hands‑on capability to move an idea from concept to working proof of concept and beyond into market viability. • Commitment to building and scaling a B2B SaaS, XR, Sustainability, FinTech, or Cyber product. • Ability to assemble, mentor, and retain high‑performance teams. • Proven record of managing or leading fundraising rounds. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine the startup concept, MVP and proof of concept. - Define product, market and growth strategies; translate into executable plans. - Build, hire and lead cross‑functional teams; establish culture and operational excellence. - Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation through go‑to‑market. - Define and manage investor outreach, pitch decks, term sheets, and capital structure. - Monitor financials, KPIs; iterate on business model and product roadmap. Required Skills: - Strong leadership and team building in technology contexts. - Product management, strategy formulation, and operational execution. - Technical depth in software engineering architectures. - Fundraising and investor relations experience. - Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication for internal and external stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced product management/entrepreneurship certifications preferred.
