**Job Title** Customer Success Manager (CSM) **Role Summary** Manage a portfolio of 40‑50 client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, high client satisfaction, and low churn for a performance‑marketing agency focused on Meta video ads. **Expectations** - Deliver proactive, clear, and confident client communication. - Meet client‑retention and churn‑prevention metrics. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, editing, media buying). - Drive onboarding for new initiatives and maintain accurate client records. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage daily contact with clients via WhatsApp and other communication tools. - Set, track, and fulfill expectations from onboarding through campaign delivery. - Coordinate with creative, editing, and media buying teams to meet quality and deadline standards. - Organize and manage client shooting schedules and logistics. - Conduct quarterly satisfaction surveys and act on feedback. - Hold structured client touchpoints: two bi‑weekly check‑ins (data‑focused and general), one monthly call, one quarterly in‑depth performance review. - Introduce, sell, and onboard clients to new agency initiatives. - Maintain client records, generate satisfaction reports, and monitor churn indicators. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal communication and confident speaking style. - Strong empathy, active listening, and client‑relationship management. - High organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to anticipate issues, act quickly, and communicate clearly. - Proven collaboration with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client services. - Certification in Customer Success (e.g., CSM, CSMA) desirable but not mandatory.
