Job Title: Marketing Associate Role Summary: Support the marketing team in executing brand marketing initiatives, public relations, partnerships, collaborations, and hospitality programs. Collaborate across internal functions and with external partners to translate strategic objectives into day‑to‑day activities. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality marketing support in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Demonstrate strong project management, organizational skills, and proactive communication. Maintain brand consistency and uphold the brand voice across all touch‑points. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the marketing calendar, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. - Coordinate product orders for marketing initiatives, tracking inventory and delivery timelines. - Assist in drafting press releases, launch materials, and other PR assets. - Identify and execute gifting opportunities for events, partnerships, and cultural moments. - Support hospitality retail programs through prospecting, outreach, onboarding, and relationship management. - Monitor inbound press and partnership inquiries and provide timely responses. - Aid in event planning, logistics, and execution of strategic sampling and gift‑with‑purchase collaborations. - Produce monthly performance recaps highlighting achievements and measurable outcomes. - Keep abreast of industry trends, pop culture, and competitor activity to uncover collaboration opportunities. - Work cross‑functionally with influencer, operations, wholesale, creative, and digital teams, and manage external agency relationships. Required Skills: - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, PR/communications, partnerships, or brand strategy within beauty, fashion, wellness, luxury, lifestyle, or related sectors. - Strong planning, project management, and prioritization abilities. - Exceptional time‑management, detail orientation, and autonomy. - Sharp eye for brand alignment, voice, and storytelling. - Current knowledge of social media culture, industry innovations, and viral trends. - Excellent written and verbal communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and relationship‑building skills. - Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt plans quickly. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). No specific certifications required.
