Job Title: Candidate Community Manager – Future Roles Role Summary: Spearhead the development, engagement, and nurturing of a proactive talent community for future hiring needs across the organization. Expectations: Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to anticipate future role requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a centralized database of interested candidates, ensuring accurate data capture through ATS/CRM systems. - Conduct outreach and maintain continuous communication with prospects via email, social platforms, and scheduled touchpoints. - Coordinate exploratory interview sessions, preparing interviewers and gathering candidate feedback. - Partner with HR and hiring teams to forecast talent gaps, assess candidate fit, and streamline the recruitment roadmap. - Promote employer brand messaging, ensuring consistent alignment with company values and DEI principles. - Track engagement metrics, report on community health, and implement process improvements. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust with diverse candidates. - Experience managing talent pipelines, preferably in a high‑volume or enterprise environment. - Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and basic data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.). - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. - Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all candidate interactions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Agile/Scrum or HR‑specific certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) are a plus but not mandatory.
