Job Description
**Job Title** Field Sales Representative – New Account Development – Central East France **Role Summary** Lead the expansion of MoneyGram’s agent network in the Central‑East France region by prospecting, qualifying, and signing new agents. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract execution, while driving agent volumes and profitability in line with corporate strategy. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly targets for agent acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue contribution. - Maintain a high level of agent satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect potential agents via written correspondence, phone, and in‑person visits (≈80 % field time). - Deliver compelling product and partnership presentations to prospective agents. - Manage the full sales pipeline: lead qualification, demo, negotiation, and contract signing. - Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects, contact details, and sales activity in SalesForce. - Generate, analyze, and report on sales activity metrics; adjust tactics accordingly. - Ensure all agent agreements and documentation meet legal and company standards; store copies securely. - Support retail operations by expanding sub‑agent networks within assigned regions. - Monitor transaction volumes, ensuring targets are met and identifying growth opportunities. - Build and nurture relationships with key agents, resolving issues promptly and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate with marketing to provide necessary signage, POS materials, and to refine corridor strategy and pricing to enhance margin and volume. - Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by management. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of progressive field sales or business‑development experience, preferably in fintech, money‑transfer, or payment ecosystems. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively. - Fluency in French and English (C1 level or higher); additional languages a plus. - Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities. - Strong verbal and written presentation skills; comfort delivering formal pitches to potential agents. - Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities; self‑directed with minimal supervision. - Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving capabilities. - Commercial acumen and experience working with key business partners in an international setting. - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse working environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant sales or product‑management certifications are advantageous.
