Job Title: Gen AI Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions from prototype to production, focusing on prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability to ensure high-quality, cost‑efficient model performance. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end GenAI products, lead prompt strategy, establish robust evaluation pipelines, and enforce security/privacy standards while optimizing cost and performance.
