Key Responsibilities: - Define, prioritize, and communicate a quarterly roadmap focused on referral workflows and partner experience. - Develop success metrics and ROI models; analyze adoption and referral throughput via analytics tools (Pendo, Metabase, Datadog). - Conduct user discovery with stakeholders (referral coordinators, managers, providers). - Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria; validate with product owners. - Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, high‑quality functionality. - Use AI prototyping for rapid validation of concepts. - Interface with sales and marketing to shape GTM strategy and capture market share. Required Skills: - 5+ years product management in B2B software, with startup experience. - Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EMR integration, and referral management. - Strong UX/UI sense, financial modeling, ROI analysis. - Ability to navigate a large scope with limited guardrails and high velocity. - Proficient with analytics, data‑driven prioritization, and modern prototyping tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) highly desirable.
