**Job Title** Contractor – Paid Search Manager, Europe (Dutch Language) **Role Summary** Senior freelance Paid Search Manager overseeing Dutch‑speaking campaigns across EMEA, driving data‑driven optimisations, budget control, and strategic guidance for a leading performance‑marketing agency. **Expectations** * Deliver measurable performance improvements within 3–6 month contract. * Serve as trusted advisor to internal and client teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and ROI. * Maintain hourly billing structure with consistent client communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Continuously evaluate and refine paid search strategies to secure competitive advantage. * Identify, analyse and communicate industry and search trend insights. * Lead daily campaign oversight, ensuring key optimisations and alignment with business goals. * Manage end‑to‑end client budgets, including media spend, agency, and tracking fees. * Analyse multi‑touch attribution reports to attribute performance accurately. * Demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving in daily campaign operations. **Required Skills** * 2+ years Paid Search experience, preferably in a digital agency with client‑strategy focus. * Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics. * Proficiency with bid‑management platforms (SA360, Kenshoo, Marin). * Fluent in Dutch, with additional proficiency in Belgium French, Flemish, NL and/or Dutch markets. * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. * Ability to work independently in a freelance/contract environment. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field preferred). * Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or equivalent are a plus.
