**Job Title:** Growth Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead end-to-end demand generation and brand building for a B2B SaaS company in retail commercial real estate. Build and scale a marketing engine from scratch, executing both broad inbound campaigns and highly targeted account‑based programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver measurable lead and pipeline metrics (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, $ of pipeline) within 90‑day milestones.
* Own strategy, execution, and iteration of all marketing initiatives without heavy reliance on presentations.
* Operate with a bias toward rapid shipping, measurement, and optimization.
* Leverage AI‑enabled tools to increase efficiency and impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, launch, and optimize demand‑generation campaigns (paid media, email, SEO, content, events).
* Execute account‑based marketing for 50–150 target accounts, including tailored messaging and nurturing workflows.
* Develop and maintain a library of case studies, collateral, and sales assets.
* Manage marketing operations: budgets, tech stack, reporting, and data hygiene.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams on segmentation, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
* Grow brand presence through content strategy, social, PR, and industry events.
**Required Skills:**
* 4–7 years B2B demand gen/growth marketing experience, preferably in startup or build‑your‑own environments.
* Proven track record of running paid media campaigns and ABM programs with documented ROI.
* Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
* Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
* Budget management and performance optimization.
* AI‑first mindset with experience adopting automation and productivity tools.
* Action‑oriented, robust measurement ethics, and rapid iteration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Optional certifications in digital marketing, ABM, or analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
