**Job title** Internal Sales Representative (Benelux Market) **Role Summary** Act as the primary commercial liaison for existing and prospective customers in the Benelux region. Promote a broad product portfolio, drive revenue growth through upselling, and manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, including negotiation, contract finalization, and post‑sale follow‑up. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Grow and deepen relationships with portfolio customers, achieving sales targets and revenue goals. - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Represent the company’s sustainability initiatives, providing solutions that align with clients’ carbon‑neutral objectives. - Maintain rigorous account records and accurate forecasting to support business planning. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring regular engagement and value delivery. - Prospect new accounts, conduct market analysis, and generate qualified leads. - Lead commercial negotiations in line with company pricing policies, preparing proposals and finalizing contracts. - Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee smooth order processing and delivery. - Monitor sales performance metrics, adjust tactics to meet targets, and report on market trends. - Translate customer needs into tailored product mixes, projects, and commercial offers. - Act as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring a seamless experience and successful project execution. **Required Skills** - Excellent negotiation and commercial relationship‑management skills. - Strong analytical ability and market‑focused mindset. - Agile, self‑directed, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Results‑driven, proactive, and continuously seeking value‑adding opportunities. - Effective communicator, capable of building formal and informal networks across the organization. - Proficiency in Dutch and English (full professional); knowledge of French or another language is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Bioengineering, Agronomy, or a closely related field. - Demonstrated experience in an internal sales role, ideally within an international setting.
