**Job Title:** National Account Manager **Role Summary:** Lead national account acquisition and growth using a consultative sales approach. Generate, qualify, and close new business across technology sectors, leveraging CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage the customer lifecycle and deliver measurable revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed sales targets and quota. - Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction. - Demonstrate consistent, high‑quality prospecting and closing performance. - Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting. - Travel 25–35% to trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and engage prospective clients through marketing channels, social media, trade shows, and research. - Conduct needs‑analysis and tailor solutions that align with client objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target industries. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to closure and post‑sale account management. - Enter and update sales and CRM data accurately; craft robust reporting dashboards. - Employ AI‑powered platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein) for lead scoring, outreach automation, and insights generation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align solutions and resources. - Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions. - Proven hunting and closing ability with a consultative mindset. - Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably proprietary, e.g., ChetuRM) and data analytics. - Comfortable using social media, web‑based tools, and voice/video communication platforms. - Experience with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI, Salesforce Einstein). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Sales or technology sales certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, HubSpot Sales Software Certification) are desirable.
