Job Description
Job Title: AI Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance operations. Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products, maintain production models, and stay current with emerging AI technologies. Expectations: Work flexible or extended hours as needed; hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 office days per week; occasional travel to other offices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models. - Analyze large datasets to extract insights and patterns. - Integrate AI solutions into products and services in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. - Monitor and maintain AI systems in production environments. - Document AI workflows, models, and system architecture. - Keep up-to-date with latest AI research and technologies. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. - Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn). - Experience with data processing tools and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). - Understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, including Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI APIs. - Familiarity with MLOps practices (Azure ML Pipelines, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in machine learning or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty) are advantageous.
