**Job Title** IT Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver IT development projects for aircraft production tools within a SAFe environment, coordinating cross‑functional international teams and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Manage full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. - Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders, clients, and team members. - Own project success, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards are met. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team and client users throughout the project. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assess operational feasibility: schedule, budget, resource availability. 2. Define and implement project management methodologies and tools. 3. Monitor progress, conduct trade‑offs, manage risks, and oversee resource allocation. 4. Deliver the final product within agreed timelines, budget, and client expectations. 5. Support client and end‑user adoption and transition. 6. Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards for performance and contract quality. 7.
